The basic level of
home care services may include any
combination of the following:
 |
Vacuuming; |

Dusting; |
|
Cleaning appliances |
|
Scrubbing
bathrooms |
|
Doing laundry;
and |
|
Other home
maintenance task such as changing light bulbs. |
Eligibility:
| Expected
to be homebound or have a medical condition that prevents from safely
performing the activities involved in the level of services received. |
| Services under the
Older Americans Act are provided to individuals age 60 or above; however, such
services should be target to those with little or not personal support to
provide assistance with the
identified activities. |
