Caseworker will visit client to make an assessment
for eligibility or client is referred by Community Long Term Care (CLTC).

Charge
of meal is based on income and available funding. The cost per meal
is $4.00 for "paying" clients.
If
client lives in rural area, they may only qualify for Shelf
Stable Meals.
