Congregate Meal Sites

Eligibility and General Information

  • Sites are open from - 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

  • Senior adults gather daily at the six locations around Aiken County to have a nutritious lunch, to learn about healthy ways to eat and live, to socialize, engage in recreation, and educational activities and wellness programs.

  • Speaker, businesses, etc. in the community are welcome to come and share information with the seniors.  Contact the Program Coordinator, Robert Hollingsworth. 

  • Client must be assessed by Program Coordinator.

  • Eligibility

    • Must be 60 years of age

    • client must be assessed by Program Coordinator

    • availability, client will be put on Waiting List if a spot is not available

  • Charge of meals is based on income and available funding.  The cost per meal is $4.50 for private pay clients.
